NPS and its family of companies recognize the need to be a part of their communities by giving back through the pursuit of social efforts. As our company continues to grow, along with our partnerships, we look forward to giving back in additional ways and increasing our current endeavors.

The Gateway Center

The Gateway Center strives to provide an encouraging and caring setting where individuals can end their homelessness and learn to be self-sufficient. NPS recognizes that homelessness is a significant social problem in the U.S. and strives to do its part to support this worthwhile organization.

The American Cancer Society

Impact Resource Group partners with the American Cancer Society each year to participate in their signature event Relay for Life. This event offers employees and friends a chance to join the fight against cancer. Those involved donate their time and help to set up lighting equipment for the Mooresville, NC relay. We’re proud of our involvement which helps bring attention to this effort.

Toys for Tots

Toys for Tots has been named one of the “best children’s charities” every year since 2001 and NPS is proud to support this worthwhile cause. Toys for Tots makes a difference by providing toys to needy children, helping them to experience the joy of the holidays.

Gradient Gives Back Foundation

Impact is one of many sponsors for Gradient Gives Back. This is a non-profit Minnesota-based foundation that supports and devotes its resources to assisting people in immediate need. The foundation, led by Bill Rancic, winner of NBC’s hit show “The Apprentice”, inspires and empowers people affected by financial hardship and seeks to unite communities for the purpose of charitable giving. This foundation goes above and beyond financial advisement by providing items recipients need and can enjoy. To aid in this cause, Impact has donated and assembled bicycles for families.
